SHIPPING & RETURNS
All deliveries will be delivered by our third party partners, confirmation emails will be sent to our customers when your courier has your parcel, and details of your delivery will be included in your confirmation email. Deliveries typically reach our customers between 2-5 working days after the courier has collected your order. However, details of orders placed will be communicated to our customers as and when they are available. If you have received an email with timeframes that have not been met, then please contact us and we will investigate the matter further. Subject to the investigation outcome, reimbursements will be issued for any additional costs incurred.
Cost of delivery is calculated based on your order. However, orders over £500 will be offered free delivery - Please contact us to arrange. Note that this does not change the delivery cost charge on cancelled orders after dispatch confirmation has been communicated to customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
You will be able to return your items for a full refund should you be dissatisfied with your purchase or you have received a faulty item, in line with your legal rights - up to 30 days after you have ordered, in line with our returns policy. Please note that you will be responsible for returns that are not due to an error on our behalf. Please follow the instructions provided in your delivery note if you wish to use this service. If you would like to arrange for a return without using our services, please contact us to let us know the details and when we can expect to receive the returned goods.
